Try-on/Rental/Made-to-order
Policy
This is As Wishes Bridal. Our mission is to provide modern, minimalist wedding dresses. We have been honored to be the stockist of multiple designer brands whose philosophy match ours. Please review our policy for try-on, rental, and purchase.
Try-on Appointment
The try-on appointments are 1-hour or 90-minutes. Appointment fee will be charged and are indicated when you make the appointment. All products on our website are eligible for try-on with no extra charges beyond the appointment fee.
We do have a few dresses in our private luxury collection and trying-on those charges $20 per dress.
We offer first-time fee fully deducted when you make an order with us.
Rental
If you rent a wedding dress, you will have 3-5 days to have your dress. The pick-up and return day of the dress will be determined when you make the order and you can change the time once 15 days before your original pickup date.
Standard cleaning before and after used are included in the rental price, but stains that can not be cleared in standard cleaning will cost extra charges of $50-$100. Damage wiLate return will be charged $50 per day.
Made-to-order
All wedding dress and accessory purchases in As Wishes Bridal are made-to-order except sample sales. All made-to-order purchases and sample sales can not be returned. A gown can take anywhere from 1-6 months to arrive after you purchase and many of them will need a form of alterations. Since all dresses are made-to-order and most of the dresses are corset back, only one or two rounds of simple alterations will be needed. We cover one round of alteration for made-to-order purchases.
